When these landed on my desk, I was very confused because I had never actually heard of “Trust Gaming” before. After doing some research I found that Trust Gaming has been around since 1983 and was founded in the Netherlands. What does the Netherlands have besides Trust Gaming? Well, let’s just say that you know this RGB mouse is going to space you out.

Unboxing was quite an experience. The picture really worked up the mouse for me, visually stimulating and pleasant to look at. Opening it was an experience, the mouse comes in a foam padding with the instructions booklet. When you remove the top layer on foam, you are introduced to the most beautiful mouse I have ever laid eyes on. The matte black is finished to perfection! Pulling it out and placing your hand on it was pure magic. Your hand fits so snug that you feel like you are holding a small pillow. The unboxing was the most satisfying mouse unboxing I have ever done.

The buttons on the mouse really are placed well. The ergonomic design makes for the perfect fit for your hand. The thumb groove fits your thumbs really snug and comfortably, with forward and backward buttons right above in an easy to access area on the mouse.. This mouse also has one of my favourite features; an easy to use DPI selector right below the scroll wheel, allowing you to change the DPI whenever you want without the hassle of a software. All buttons are programmable through the Trust advanced Gaming Software and allows you to program macros to the buttons.

Using this mouse was a dream, playing Fortnite: Battle Royal became a whole lot easier. Programming the profiles to a Fortnite profile, where I used the extra buttons to execute quick building of bases. The mouse response time is crazy low, and pair that with 15 000 DPI and a PMW3360 sensor and you are bound to dominate any FPS. I primarily tested this on FPS, but when it came to MMORPG like Ark: Survival Evolved I started to notice the real beauty of pairing this with the Trust Mouse Pad GXT 758. There really isn’t much to say about a mousepad other than, it was smooth as heck and no matter which mouse I put on it, it worked like a charm. The mousepad also adds to the aesthetic look of my overall gaming setup.

The gaming software for this mouse is versatile and exactly what you’d expect from a high end gaming device’s customization features. No doubt that this mouse is high end and the best quality I’ve used in a gaming mouse in a while. The software allows you to create 6 different profile for your needs, which is easily interchangeable if you set one of the buttons to “Profile Switch” within the software. The crazy part is the insane number of things you can do with the extra buttons, or any button in fact. The RGB strip can also be programmed here, giving you 4 effect options to work with. May I add, this mouse easily has the BEST IN CLASS RGB feature I have ever seen.

This Mouse and Mousepad are a great combo for any PC gamer. The combo goes for around R1400 (R 999.95 Mouse and R399.95 Mousepad). After weeks of use and tons of gaming on these devices, I would highly recommend these, even for that price, if you have the money BUY THESE PRODUCTS and not only add to your awesome setup’s look but you’re crazy mad skills. I paired these with a Mechanical Keyboard from GXT 890, which I reviewed separately! Look out for that post!
