Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to play with an eSports gaming mouse? Well, you are in luck! The Razer Deathadder Elite would be the closest that you would get and what is even better is that it won’t cost you a small fortune!  Weighing in at 105g and a dimension of 12.7cm x 7cm  x 4.4cm it fits most hand sizes and for that matter, grips (Claw, Palm and Fingertips…sounds like a game already). The Deathadder Elite features one of the world’s first true optical 16,000DPI sensor, this is world practice and will give you smooth motion when playing your games or even (in my case) photoshop deep etching. The sensor is so smooth that Razer says it can get the accuracy down to 99.4%! The overall design of the mouse is aesthetically pleasing and would fit on anybody’s desk (from a gamer to a trendy Graphics designer) which I love.

Another thing that I love is the price, at only R1199 you can get eSport’s quality hardware for a fraction of the price. As with all the new Razer products, it is Razer Chroma enabled and will work with your Razer Synapse, where you can program your lighting and all your macros.

The Deathadder Elite comes with a 2m braided mouse cord. I found that the cord on the mouse is lighter than some of the other mouses I have tested.

Overall I am really pleased with the Razer Deathadder Elite and would recommend this to any gamer that wants a really good mouse but can’t afford the more expensive mouses. The Deathadder Elite is fast, feels good in your hand and not to heavy on your pocket. This is your Local mad scientist signing out….I shall storm the walls of Takealot for that mouse!
