When all else fails SWAT is called for the most dangerous of situations, in this gameplay as a SWAT operator either solo, of with Co-Op of up to 4 players to bring order to the chaos in a bunch of different scenarios, With a diverse set of controls such as shouting on the civilians to put their weapons down or to get on their knees, tazze those who try to resist and if they do decide to shoot at you, you have permission to open fire on the target.
As simple as this might sound you will have objectives where you are not allowed to kill the suspect, this can become tricky as you do not have a health bar to show how much damage you can take, so it’s best to exercise extreme cautions on all the missions.
Make use of breach charges, flashbangs and night vision to outwit the suspects, by completing certain objectives outside of the main objectives you will gain access to new gear and equipment.
Even though the game is more of a 2D type game I doubt it would bother a lot of players due to the amount of effort that was put into the game from vaulting over objects, sound waves from walking or shouting on civilians all must be taking into account when taking on the situation, the game can be played solo and initially you would not feel you need teammates, but as you progress it shows more and more how important teammates and good communication is.
Besides the story mode, they have an arcade mode which you unlock after completing the specific stage, these arcade modes are based on the same situation but have increased difficulty to complete compared to the missions.
Final Thoughts: The name initially took me off guard with what the game would be about, but the more I play this game the more I want to play and continue this game with friends, due to the vast amount of controls it is easy to forget some of the things learnt in training.
