A strange racing adventure that will make your head spin as much as what Dillon does.

The game starts off in the heat of battle where you play as Dillon, racing on the road and then destroying some enemies. These enemies are strange rock-like beings that try to destroy cities. After the initial mission, you get to a main city where you stop off at a hotel and get to know your companions, Dillon and Russ.

Together with your team, you perform missions for the city folk and mayors of smaller cities to rescue them from attacks. While you perform these missions, you collect things to trade and exchange for parts to build the ultimate weapon that will save your own town from the “alien” rock-like people attack.

The game is quite unique and pulls you into this strange world to explore, in the beginning you can feel a bit lost and there can be a lot of dialogue, but such is the case for most quest driven games. Dillon is a strange mysterious character that you will want to learn more of and as the story progress you will understand him more as well.

Dillon’s Dead-Heat Breakers is a cool game to enjoy if you like an adventure with some RPG elements and a different story. Definitely not what I expected from this 3DS title and worth a closer look at from action/RPG gamers.
