Test your tactical skills in a virtual reality setting and feel the pressure as every decision you make can mean life and death. Supermassive Games brings tactical shooters to the VR via Bravo Team and these developers are becoming specialists when it comes to the PS VR.

Supermassive Games is well-known for developing exclusively for the PlayStation systems but with all the VR game that they have released recently they will soon be known as specialists in this category. If you are unsure of who they are then just look at some of these titles. Until Dawn, Until Dawn: Rush of Blood, Hidden Agenda, The Inpatient, Killzone and now Bravo Team gets added to the list.

Bravo Team is a tactical shooter where you along with an online friend or AI partner you get thrown in the depths of combat missions. The game has a short tutorial to show you how the controls work which is relatively easy. I played with a normal DualShock 4 controller and I think it might be a lot better with the PS VR Aim Controller. Nevertheless, the controls work well for the tactical genre and easy to grasp.

The game looks great and has some of the best VR graphics that I have seen for a shooter. The audio is really well done, and you do feel like the game pulls you in to live out the experience. You can play the game Co-Op with an online buddy or with an AI controlled partner, there is also a single-player score attack mode for you to enjoy but I would recommend to first get a hang of the game before you jump into that mode.

Bravo Team might not be a main stream series title but it is definitely opening some doors for shooters on the PS VR system and even though in my opinion VR technology still has a way to go, it is amazing to see how far we have come as well.
