From the guys who brought us LBP (Little Big Planet) comes a new adventure in the terms of Tearaway.
The game is inspired by papercraft and takes place in a “paper universe” where a hole got torn in the middle of their sun, and whose face would peek through that hole but yours, the player. It is about a messenger on a mission to deliver a message to the player, referred to by characters in-game as “the You”. There are some minor customizations you can perform at the beginning of the game. Players can choose whether to play as a male character, Iota, or a female, Atoi.
The game uses a lot of the PS Vita’s unique controls and with some added imagination, for instance at some point you have to touch the rear touch pad to perform certain functions and as you touch a finger will appear. Appearing to tear through the ground. The camera gets used quite a lot as well, like i said above your face appears in the center of their sun and forms the illusion of you peeking into their world. There are a lot of things to do, bash and play around with and some of the puzzles will give you a head scratch.
If you Love Little Big Planet then be sure to check this game out. It has the same imaginative thought backing it and really offers you something different.
